About our nylock nuts range

Nylock nuts use a nylon collar that grips the bolt thread and resists loosening under vibration. We supply TVS/Sundaram Fasteners Sunloc nuts in Grade 8 and Grade 10, standard DIN 982 (regular height) and DIN 985 (thin) nylock nuts, plus inch nuts to BS 1083 P-type.

Common sizes we supply: M6, M8, M10, M12, M16, M20 and M24 nylock nuts, plus 1/4" to 1" inch nylock nuts.

Standard heat-treated finish with light oil. Default for high-tensile grades 8.8–12.9.

Stainless Steel SS 304 (A2)

Natural finish; general corrosion resistance for food, pharma, and outdoor use.

Can nylock nuts be reused?

They can be reused a few times, but the nylon insert loses some grip each time. For critical joints, use a new nut.
